First Friday Book Club

July - How to Steal a Dog by Barbara O'Connor

“Sometimes the trail you leave behind you is more important than the path ahead of you.” Barbara O’Connor’s novel How to Steal a Dog discusses doing the wrong thing for the right reasons and the struggle one family faces during adversity. The First Friday Book Club will be discussing How to Steal a Dog at 1 p.m. Friday, July 6 at the Huntsville Public Library. August - Orphan Island by Laurel Snyder

The First Friday Book Club will be discussing Orphan Island by Laurel Snyder on Friday, August 10. Nominated for the National Book Award, Orphan Island will leave readers trying to solve the mysteries of the island.
